Throw me something, mister!

Matt, Elizabeth and I met my parents downtown for the annual Mardi Gras parade this afternoon. We ALL had a great time, except for the windy weather.

She's ONE!

Happy Happy birthday to our baby girl!!! What a ONE-derful year you have given us!!!!

First morning as a one year old ):

LOVES her princess cozy coupe!

Her favorite activity...

the birthday girls

THANK YOU for my add-a-pearl necklace Honey and Poppy!
We had a wonderful day celebrating Elizabeth's first birthday!!! And Marianne's twenty fourth (:

Elizabeth LOVES
stairs
water
food
playing outside
swinging
taking a bath
her daddy
Angel or any dog for that matter
table food
brushing her teeth
stacking toys

Elizabeth DISLIKES
milk from anything other than a bottle
coming inside after playing outside
being hot

Elizabeth continues to wear size 4 diapers, although it may be time to move up soon. In clothing, her sizes range from 12 month-24 month depending on the brand/article of clothing. She still has 3- 6 ounce bottles daily which she will not drink unless it is in a bottle. She takes all other liquids from her sippy cup without any hesitation. Anyone else have this problem?? She is eating table food for the most part, as we are trying to rid our house of baby food. So far, so good. She hasn't had any problem with the transition (I mean she has 12 teeth)! Elizabeth continues to be a great sleeper, both at night and during nap time. SHE IS WALKING and SO INDEPENDENT NOW! It is so much fun to watch her change from day to day. E is the spitting image of her daddy and is very inquisitive.
What a blessing her first year of life has been, and we can't wait to see what this year brings!!!
